This 20-year-old woman began her career by participating in the first season of The Voice Kids and was eliminated in the Battle Round. In 2018, Bernadya and her sister Celine formed a duo and released several singles. However, it didn't last long due to her sister wanting to focus on her studies and her dream of becoming a dentist. Eventually, in 2022, Bernadya chose to remain focused as a solo singer and joined the label Juni Records alongside Raisa.

Bernadya made her solo debut with the songs Apa Mungkin and Masa Sepi, which are included in the mini album titled Terlintas along with three new songs, one of which is Satu Bulan. Bernadya learned to write since middle school after being eliminated from a talent search competition. Her parents supported her by providing vocal and instrument lessons to enhance her musicality. The songs she creates are drawn from personal experiences and those around her, as well as references from films to add ideas in songwriting.
