Kapanlagi.com - Coldplay's concert titled Music of The Spheres World Tour was successfully held at the Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium (SUGBK), Jakarta on Wednesday (15/11/2023). In addition to the stunning stage performance, Chris Martin, the lead vocalist of Coldplay, also surprised the audience with his fluency in Indonesian language to deliver a rhyme.
Apparently, the idea of throwing rhymes came directly from Chris Martin himself. Harry Sudarma, Co-founder and CEO of PK Entertainment, as the promoter of Coldplay in Jakarta, stated that it was Chris Martin's direct initiative to communicate with fans in Indonesian language.
"Perhaps the idea came from Chris Martin's way of greeting fans in Indonesian language," said Harry when contacted by the media, Thursday (16/11/2023).

Harry added, the promoter has prepared a special Indonesian language teacher to train Chris Martin. Therefore, Chris Martin is fluent in Indonesian when on stage.
"There is a one-hour session with Chris Martin learning Indonesian and learning rhymes," said Harry.
It is known that Chris Martin successfully caused a stir among his fans in Indonesia through his skill in delivering rhymes. In his rhyme, "On Tuesday, physics exam. Study hard to pass. How is Jakarta? Can I borrow a hundred?" Chris said, greeted with roaring laughter from the entire stadium.
In addition, Chris Martin also greeted the Jakarta audience in Indonesian and gave greetings, adding warmth to the atmosphere at the concert.
