To Be Fresher, Pestapora Presents the Concept of Fruits

Kapanlagi.com - The Pestapora music festival will be held at JiExpo Kemayoran, Central Jakarta on September 23-25, 2023. Unlike before, this year Pestapora presents a unique concept, namely fruits. Pestapora Festival Director, Kiki Ucup Aulia explained that the concept was chosen to make the music festival, which has been held for two years, even fresher.

"Actually, there is no specific reason, just to make it more interesting, so Pestapora chose to use fruits. So, why did we see that in 2022 there were so many music festivals being held, we saw that this differentiation is just about playing with artwork," said Kiki Ucup during a press conference in Senayan, Central Jakarta, on Wednesday (20/9/2023).

"Then the following year, the artwork changed but there was no specific identity and character for each festival. That's why Pestapora presents fruits as an identity that will last for the next 48 years," he added.

1. Presenting 12 Stages

Then Kiki Ucup said that this year Pestapora presents 224 performers and 12 stages. This means that this number is more than before.

"This year we present 12 stages with a total of 224 performers, whether musicians or other performers. It can be said that there are quite a lot of performances in Pestapora," he said.

2. Wider Area

In addition, Kiki Ucup mentioned that Pestapora this year presents a larger area than the previous year. Therefore, the area used for this event will also be larger.

"What distinguishes this year is that the expansion of the area includes the Jiexpo area, so we will use hall D2 this year which was not used last year. That will be the activity area and there will be two Standupindo stage areas with 26 performances," he said.

Held for three consecutive days, Pestapora presents hundreds of musicians. Starting from Ananda Badudu, Noah, FSTVLST, The Upstairs, Morfem, Efek Rumah Kaca, Sirkus Barock, Dewa 19, Raisa, Danilla, Sheilla On7, JKT48, Tipe X, GIGI, and many more.
