Mayla and Sofia become the first twin transgender women in the world.
According to The Sun, Mayla and Sofia are 19 years old.
They underwent gender reassignment surgery on February 13 and 14.
Both of them admitted that they have not felt comfortable being a male since childhood.
Their surgeries were paid for by a family who was willing to sell their house.
Now, they hope to build a family and have children through adoption in the future.
