7 Weirdest Deaths in the World, Some Died After Eating Cockroaches

Chef Peng Fan from Foshan in South China died after being bitten by a Cobra snake in 2013. What's unique is that he was bitten by the HEAD of the cobra snake that he had decapitated 20 minutes earlier. The head was going to be used to make soup, but unfortunately, it seems that the cobra made a final attack to take the chef with it. 

A 32-year-old man named Edward Archbold died while winning a cockroach-eating contest in 2012. Yes, this man from Florida did eat those cockroaches, but unfortunately, the spiky-legged cockroach got stuck in his throat, choking him to death.

In 1988, skydiver Ivan McGuire decided to record his activities while jumping in North Carolina. The problem was, he brought a camera but forgot to wear a parachute.

In 2001, a man named Roger Wallace died after colliding with the radio-controlled airplane he was flying. Roger, who was from Arizona, couldn't see his plane due to the glare of the sun. Suddenly, the 3 kg plane dove straight towards his head, causing him to lose his life.

In 2010 in Congo, 20 crew and passengers of an airplane died in an accident when a smuggled crocodile on the plane suddenly escaped and caused panic among the passengers. They ran inside the plane, destabilizing the small aircraft and causing it to crash. Only 1 person survived along with the crocodile.

In 2013, a 25-year-old woman and a 40-year-old man died after a black bear flew and landed on the windshield of their SUV, crushing both of them. Apparently, the bear had just been hit by another vehicle, causing it to fly and ultimately crush another vehicle.

The hit BBC series The Goodies in 1975 apparently claimed a life. It was Alex Mitchell from Norfolk, who died of heart failure from laughing too hard while watching the show.
