The incident began on February 20, 2023, when the victim was at his friend's house and received a WhatsApp message from Agnes, who wanted to return his student card. After sharing the location of his friend's house, the perpetrator's car waited outside with four people inside. The victim was then taken to an empty alley and assaulted there, resulting in serious injuries to his face.

The police have named Mario Dandy as a suspect. He has been charged under Article 351 of the Criminal Code for acts of assault resulting in bruising, with a maximum prison sentence of 2 years and 8 months.
