"Summer Minibar focuses on a business with small opex and capex. We focus on creating a GRAB & GO concept that can maximize sales or revenue by maximizing all online and offline sales channels," he continued.
In addition, he also mentioned that the operational costs are relatively low budget. With a booth concept measuring 3 x 2.2 or 4 x 2.2 meters, Summer Minibar can record sales of millions of sorbets per day with 50 branches capacity.
"This number is a comparison to our one-year rent, one month rent for other competitor brands." So we have won in terms of cost for the investment (Capex). With 1 outlet reaching sales of 120 - 250 million per month," he concluded.
