Yogyakarta itself is the second city in the Main PRS (People's Party) which is intentionally held by BRI to empower MSMEs, digital literacy, and provide banking services to customers.

Interestingly, this event held by BRI Simpedes Savings raises the theme 'Be Confident to Seize Opportunities'. With various festivities, this event will be held for two consecutive days, starting from August 19-20, 2023 at the Mandala Krida Yogyakarta Stadium Parking Lot. Becomes a Platform to Improve Digital Financial Literacy

BRI makes Simpedes People's Party (PRS) 2023 as a platform to improve digital financial literacy of the community, empower and expand the market for MSMEs, and provide comprehensive services to all BRI Simpedes Savings customers. Not only that, PRS is also expected to provide education about the use of digital finance to the community and encourage merchant acquisition through BRI QRIS digital payments.

In this year's PRS, BRI also presents the Grebek Pasar activity as one of its main series. In the future, this program will target 10 traditional markets in Yogyakarta, such as Kranggan Market, Tempel Market, Godean Market, Bantul Market, Imogiri Market, Bringharjo Market, Catur Tunggal Market, and Prambanan Market.

Grebek Pasar will be held from August 14th to 18th, 2023. This activity becomes a special moment where BRI employees gather with local traders in traditional markets with the aim of providing education to the community and MSME actors about BRI's digital financial services such as opening Simpedes savings accounts digitally and transacting through BRImo as well as payments using BRI's QRIS.

The presence of PRS in Yogyakarta is expected to provide digital financial literacy education to the community as well as closer socialization to MSMEs and visitors for digital payment usage. With that, various MSMEs will be able to expand their business growth more optimally.

Bring the 6 Main Pillars

Just like in previous celebrations, the Simpedes People's Party 2023 in Yogyakarta will also bring back the 6 (six) main pillars program.
