Entering the Consolidation Stage, Vanessa and Santia Will Compete Intensely in 'Indonesia Cooking School' SMK Category

Kapanlagi.com - The cooking competition event, Indonesia Cooking School is still ongoing. After having the opportunity to cook and learn together with Chef Deden Gumilar in the previous episode, now it's time for Santia and Vanessa to return to the kitchen to compete with each other.

For those of you who missed it, in the previous episode of Indonesia Cooking School, Chef Deden cooked a special New Year's menu, which is chicken opor rolade. Santia and Vanessa also learned new cooking techniques such as onion sambal seasoning recipes.
Good cooking techniques like marinating were also taught by Chef Deden to these two finalists.

Now, Vanessa and Santia have to cook dishes exactly as taught by Chef Deden before. Whose dish will eventually resemble Chef Deden's in terms of taste and appearance?

1. Consolidation Phase

The latest episode of Sekolah Masak Indonesia, which will air on Tuesday (28/12), will present a consolidation session for the SMK category. There are 2 remaining contestants, Vanessa and Santia, who will sharpen their skills before facing the final exam.
