Great! Starting tomorrow there will be a #BelajarDariRumah program on TVRI

Kapanlagi.com - The Corona virus or COVID-19 epidemic has not completely subsided. This is what ultimately makes many people have to continue activities at home for a longer time. Including one of them is students, who have to #BelajarDariRumah.

Unfortunately, not all students can access various lessons online. Well, in order to make students able to #MerdekaBelajar evenly in the midst of the Corona pandemic, the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) has launched the "Belajar dari Rumah" program on TVRI.

This interesting program can be enjoyed on April 13, 2020 starting at 8 am. So, what is the program like?

According to the Minister of Education and Culture, Nadiem Anwar Makarim, in the teleconference Launch of the Belajar dari Rumah Program in Jakarta, on Thursday (9/4), the content or learning material presented will focus on improving literacy, numeracy, and character development of students.

Kemendikbud will also monitor and evaluate this program together with non-governmental organizations. This program is planned to be held for at least the next 3 months.

"Later, in addition to being filled with learning programs for all levels, Belajar dari Rumah will also present Parent and Teacher Guidance programs as well as cultural shows on weekends," said the Minister of Education.

The Minister of Education hopes that parents, educators, and students will maintain their health and implement the health protocols conveyed by the Ministry of Health (Kemenkes).

"My message is for parents, students, and teachers to maintain their respective health and the health of their families in accordance with the protocols from Kemenkes regarding COVID-19, and to follow President Jokowi's appeal to study at home, work at home, and worship at home," said the Minister of Education.

The Belajar dari Rumah program on TVRI is a quick response from Kemendikbud to the input of Commission X of the Indonesian Parliament at the Working Meeting on March 27, 2020. This, said the Minister of Education, is in line with the spirit of Merdeka Belajar.

"We thank you for all the assistance, cooperation, and collaboration from various parties, from Commission X, private partners, community organizations, and volunteers who together take on roles and contribute in facing this Covid-19 pandemic situation," said the Minister of Education.

"The spirit of mutual cooperation that we have shows the unity and strength of our nation with the ideology of Pancasila," he concluded in #BersamaHadapiKorona.
