A. Third dose / booster vaccination:
? Age 18 and above.
? Minimum 6 months from the second dose of vaccination.
? Must have a Schedule & E-Ticket for the third vaccine in the PeduliLindungi application.
? Must bring original identification.
B. Children's vaccination:
? Age 6-11 years.
? Must bring original identification such as Family Card (KK) or Child Identity Card (KIA).
