Miss World
The beauty pageant Miss World has just been held at the Sanya City Arena, China. The event, which was attended by 118 beautiful and talented women from around the world, was won by Mexico's representative. This is the first time Mexico has achieved this prestigious title.
Indonesia sent its representative, Alya Nurshabrina, who made it to the top 30. This young woman from Bandung is satisfied with the achievement she has obtained.

"I can't believe this, I really can't believe it. And I think all the contestants deserve this. I am proud to represent them," said Vanessa after winning the crown of Miss World 2018.
This is not Vanessa's first contest, she previously participated in Mexico's Next Top Model 2014.
This woman who pursues the world of modeling is also fluent in English and Spanish. She is also a volunteer in an organization that handles refugees and immigrants in Mexico.
Vanessa herself is a Bachelor of International Business and a board of director of a rehabilitation center for women.
The Miss World 2018 crown itself was won by Vanessa Ponce de Leon from Mexico. This is the first time Mexico has won the Miss World competition.
A total of 118 women were selected from all over the world. Indonesia itself made it to the top 30 round.
Indonesia is represented by Alya Nurshabrina, who is a woman from Bandung. She pursued a degree in International Relations and graduated with Cum Laude honors from UNPAR.
