Called Disloyal for Letting Iis Dahlia Cry When Bullied, Devano Danendra Speaks Out

Because of this statement, Devano continues to receive criticism, and is even considered disloyal to his mother. Faced with many criticisms from netizens, Devano finally speaks out. 

Through his Instagram, Devano Danendra expresses what he has been feeling. He doesn't write much, this 18-year-old boy just wants to be a happy child like other children. 

1. Fear

Devano also revealed there that he will always defend Iis Dahlia no matter what happens, because she is his mother. However, feelings of anxiety, fear, and shame have indeed been felt by him over the past year. 

"I'm not ashamed of my own family, I'm just afraid since all of that happened (the insults), my friends and many people out there sometimes talk about things that hurt me like what's on the internet," he said. 

2. Wants to Be a Happy Child

Devano himself knows very well what it feels like to be a child of a public figure. In fact, he is still struggling to overcome the risks. However, as a teenager, he wants his life to be happy like the lives of other children. 

"I love myself. I hope all my friends understand. I love my family, there's no way I don't love them. They are still my family," said Salshadilla Juwita's younger brother.

"I just want to live a healthy and happy life like other children, I want a long life," he concluded.
