In the simultaneous broadcasting in these 9 cities, Jakarta is on channel 34 UHF, Surabaya is on channel 23 UHF, Semarang is on channel 40 UHF, Yogyakarta is on channel 35 UHF, Medan is on channel 40 UHF, Sukabumi is on channel 37 UHF, Purwokerto is on channel 25 UHF, Sumedang is on channel 47 UHF, and Bandung is on channel 47 UHF.
“We will gradually continue to other cities throughout Indonesia. With the migration to digital broadcasting, ANTV viewers can enjoy cleaner, clearer, and more advanced broadcasts,” said Ahmad Zulfikar, President Director of ANTV.
With this system, television viewers do not need to worry and do not need to replace or buy a digital television. Viewers can still enjoy the service by using an additional set-top box (a device that can be connected to an analog television device and automatically switch to digital) with an affordable budget, as stated by Ahmad Zulfikar.
Furthermore, after simultaneous broadcasts in 9 cities, ANTV will gradually continue in other cities in 11 provinces such as Aceh, Banjarmasin, Pandeglang, and other cities.
