Cakra claimed that he also had an unpleasant experience with the institution responsible for overseeing and serving export and import activities. He claimed that he suddenly received a fine and was billed by a lawyer from the Titipan Services Company (PJT) to pay the Customs Duty, which he believes is not his fault.Cakra also claimed that his problem is not yet resolved and his goods are still detained at Soekarno Hatta Airport Customs. He also stated that the PJT he used, namely FedEx, is still trying to collect through their lawyer.
