He issued an open summons to singer Agnes Monica or Agnez Mo for singing a song titled Bilang Saja without permission. Agnez Mo performed the song at a concert organized by HW Group in three cities, namely Jakarta, Bandung, and Surabaya in May 2023. However, until now, both parties have not fulfilled their obligations.Ari believes that Agnez Mo and her management have not agreed to a direct license for some of his songs, so Ari feels disadvantaged because Agnez did not ask for permission and did not give him economic rights. Not giving up, Ari has also made efforts to check with LMKM whether his rights have been paid by Agnez Mo. However, it seems that there has been no payment. On the other hand, Ari also feels there are obstacles related to Agnez Mo's legal domicile.
