The same situation occurred in the luxurious housing area of Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta, where several houses were still inundated by floodwaters.Meanwhile, the riverbank wall in Cakung, East Jakarta was also reported to have collapsed, causing water to overflow into residential areas. In the Cengkareng area, West Jakarta, floods also submerged residents' homes, forcing some of them to take refuge in mosques.Not only residential areas, but the toll road leading to Soekarno-Hatta Airport was also flooded. This, of course, caused long traffic jams. The rain accompanied by strong winds in the Jakarta area also caused several flights to be unable to land at Soekarno-Hatta Airport.
