Feeling that they did not receive an apology and good intentions from the hotel, they chose to take legal action. On Wednesday, September 11, 2024, Mandala and his wife returned to court at the Pontianak District Court, West Kalimantan.The trial was heated, and Mandala and his wife felt that the proceedings had cornered them. On the other hand, the hotel felt aggrieved by the news that had spread. Therefore, they demanded compensation from Mandala Shoji and his wife amounting to IDR 100 Billion.
