According to the police, the owner of the kite that caused the helicopter to crash could face up to 3 years in prison or a fine of Rp 1 billion.However, the imposition of sanctions will only apply if it is proven that the cause of the helicopter crash was due to the kite. Meanwhile, the wreckage of the helicopter that crashed on Suluban Beach has been evacuated and returned to the owning company in the Garuda Wisnu Kencana area.
