Boney Kapoor, the husband of the late legendary actress Sridevi, has finally decided to speak openly about the cause of his wife's death. In his interview with Indian Express, Boney emphasized, “It was not a natural death; it was a death due to an accident.”
After the tragic incident occurred, Boney admitted to undergoing intense questioning for almost two full days. “I was talking about it for almost 24 to 48 hours during the examination and interrogation,” he said, explaining that all of this was done due to immense pressure from the Indian media that kept pushing for clarity.
He also mentioned that he underwent various tests, including lie detector tests, to prove that there was no foul play. “The officials said they had to do that because of media pressure, but they ultimately found that there was no element of intent,” he clarified.
