Mumbai police are likely to reconstruct the crime scene at actor Saif Ali Khan's house in Bandra, after the actor was stabbed multiple times by an intruder. Officials involved in the investigation revealed that this is being done to clarify the chronology of events. The suspect in this case is a 30-year-old Bangladeshi man.

The suspect, known as Shariful Islam Shehzad Mohammad Rohilla Amin Fakir, was arrested in the morning in the city of Thane, located near Mumbai. A court in Mumbai has ordered that the man be detained for five days for further investigation.

According to police officials, during the five days of detention, Shariful is likely to be taken to Saif Ali Khan's house located in the Satguru Sharan building. The purpose of this reconstruction is to gain a clearer picture of the events that took place, as well as to delve into the motivations and actions of the suspect.

Additionally, the police revealed that the suspect nearly managed to escape to his hometown in Bangladesh. However, he was ultimately apprehended in Hiranandani Estate, an area in Thane, before he could leave India.

According to information gathered by the police, the attack occurred on the morning of January 16. Shariful was known to have entered Saif Ali Khan's apartment with the intent to commit theft. The suspect began his actions by sneaking into the building where Saif resides.

Shariful climbed up the stairs to reach the seventh and eighth floors of the building. After that, he used the ventilation ducts to climb to the 12th floor, where Saif's apartment is located. The suspect entered the apartment through the bathroom window.

Shariful's presence was eventually discovered by Saif Ali Khan's household staff, who saw him coming out of the bathroom. This triggered a series of events that ended with a knife attack, injuring Saif Ali Khan. The police are now digging deeper to ascertain all the details of the incident.
