Nanang has been immediately named a suspect in the case. Ade Andriani, Sandy Permana's wife, feels relieved as the perpetrator of her husband's murder has been arrested by the police.

"If it's easy to be caught, in the end the perpetrator will be caught," said Ade when contacted by reporters on Saturday (17/1/2025)..

Although relieved by Nanang's arrest, Ade emphasized that the legal process must continue.

"As for the punishment, we don't know yet, we leave it to my legal counsel," he said.

Nanang now faces a maximum prison sentence of 15 years for his actions. However, according to Ade, the threat of punishment is considered not commensurate with the actions taken against her late husband.

"As for me, 15 years is too little, because it won't be proportional to his actions," Ade explained.

He even hopes that the perpetrator will receive a heavier sentence, such as life imprisonment or even the death penalty.

"Yes, if possible more, I would prefer life imprisonment or the death penalty," he stated.
