Siddharth Chopra was born on July 12, 1989, to Dr. Ashok Chopra and Dr. Madhu Malti Chopra, and he is Priyanka's younger brother. Priyanka is seven years older than him. Siddharth completed his education at Les Roches International School of Hotel Management in Switzerland from 2009 to 2012 before starting his career as a chef. After that, he studied filmmaking at the London Film Academy.

Before diving into the film industry, Siddharth opened a restaurant called The Mugshot Lounge in Koregaon Park, Pune, which he managed from 2014 to 2019. He then joined Priyanka at their production house, Purple Pebble Pictures, which produces films in various languages such as Hindi, Marathi, Punjabi, Bhojpuri, Nepali, and English. Some of the films produced include Ventilator, The Sky Is Pink, Paani, and Sarvann. In 2023, Siddharth also expanded his business by establishing Chopra Farms, which focuses on providing fresh, organic, and seasonal products.

Siddharth once held a roka ceremony with Kanika Mathur in 2014, but the relationship was called off because he was more focused on his restaurant business in Pune. In February 2019, Siddharth got engaged to Ishita Kumar, but their relationship did not last long and ended a few months later. Siddharth's mother, Dr. Madhu, revealed that her son was not ready for marriage at that time.

Siddharth and Neelam have been dating for several years. Their roka ceremony was held in Mumbai in April 2024. Last August, they held an intimate ring exchange and hastakshar ceremony.
