10 Box Office Films Starring Hiroyuki Sanada, From 'AVENGERS' to 'JOHN WICK'

THE LAST SAMURAI became Hiroyuki Sanada's first Hollywood film. He played the character Ujio, a sword expert and follower of Katsumoto.

Four years later, Hiroyuki reappeared in the Box Office film RUSH HOUR 3. In this film, Sanada acted alongside other top stars such as Jackie Chan, Chris Tucker, and Max von Sydow.

Following the success of the previous two titles, Sanada then appeared as the villain in the film THE WOLVERINE. He showcased his fighting skills by portraying the character Shingen Yashida.
