According to Anjasmara, the key is to live life casually and not excessively. "The tip is just to enjoy life, and as much as possible, don't post everything," said Anjasmara.

Not only enjoying life, Anjasmara also admits to regularly doing simple exercises that have a big impact on his health.

Some of the activities he chooses include yoga, gym, walking, and gardening. "I have a standard routine. I do yoga, I go to the gym, I walk, I garden. I also practice breathing exercises and meditation," he explained. 

When asked if this healthy lifestyle has been applied since youth, Anjasmara admitted to doing all of this without pressure.

He does not force himself to always be perfect, but prefers to go with the flow. "No, we just go with it. Just let it flow, okay?" he said.

Anjasmara also emphasizes the importance of having special time for oneself. According to him, this provides an opportunity to relax the mind and body.

"If we have space for ourselves, then indirectly we have the opportunity to relax. At the moment we relax, our minds become calmer, we feel more fit," he revealed.

Anjasmara believes that a balanced life makes a person look fresher compared to those who live life without control. 

"So indirectly, we appear to be fresher than our peers, who do not live like we do," he concluded.
