The body of actress Soraya Abdullah was buried today, Tuesday (2/2/2021) at TPU Jeruk Purut, South Jakarta. The funeral of the late Soraya Abdullah was conducted according to health protocols and was attended only by family members.Â

The body of Soraya Abdullah arrived at TPU Kebun Jeruk, South Jakarta at around 10:00 AM, and the funeral process was carried out according to Covid-19 protocols.Â
"Let's pray for Umi Soraya, sincerely pray, the prayer that we hope for when we are given a righteous person like her," said Soraya Abdullah's husband before starting the funeral prayer.
After praying, Alaa continued by leading the funeral prayer for Soraya Abdullah followed by reciting the funeral prayer.
In front of his wife's coffin, Alaa could only cry and pray for his wife.
As known, Soraya Abdullah passed away due to covid-19, therefore the burial was conducted according to the covid protocol.
Several task forces and funeral officers dressed in PPE are already prepared to place the coffin into the grave.
The funeral officers begin to lower the coffin into the grave slowly.
The white coffin wrapped in plastic wrap slowly starts to be covered by soil.
The husband then approaches Soraya Abdullah's grave after the entire process is completed.
He then recites a prayer for his deceased wife who is already in the grave.
After everything is finished, Alaa Elkasaas leaned against a tree and looked exhausted as he gazed at Soraya Abdullah's grave.
