Kang Pipit from 'Preman Pensiun' Passes Away, Still Managed to Shoot and Joke with Kang Murad in the Evening

Kapanlagi.com - Ica, or better known for his role as Kang Pipit in the soap opera Preman Pensiun, passed away on Friday afternoon (1/29/2021). The bald-headed man took his last breath due to a heart attack.

On Thursday night (1/28/2021), it was known that Kang Pipit was undergoing filming for Preman Pensiun 5, which will soon be aired. He even had the chance to joke around with Epy Kusnandar and Deny Firdaus.

"We were still together on Thursday night, chatting. Kang Pipit was going to look for medicine because he complained of stomach pain," said Epy when contacted by phone.

"We had dinner together last night, laughing," added Deny, who is better known for his character Kang Murad.

Deny Firdaus or Kang Murad is the person closest to Kang Pipit during the filming of Preman Pensiun, both in the soap opera and the movie. His sudden departure made him remember how enjoyable the late person was.

"Kang Pipit's personality before meeting on television was good, in the soap opera we were also good friends. He liked to talk, funny, always made people smile, not too serious," said Kang Murad.

Ica or Kang Pipit has been buried in Rancaekek, Sumedang, West Java, on Saturday (30/1/2021). Epy Kusnandar, Deny Firdaus, and other Preman Pensiun actors looked sad bidding farewell to the 60-year-old man forever.

According to information from Wilman, a representative from MNC Pictures production house, Kang Pipit had been repeatedly treated in the hospital due to his heart condition since Preman Pensiun 4 was being filmed. Kang Pipit even experienced a coma for several days.
