11 Years Living Together, Ririn Dwi Ariyanti and Aldi Bragi Officially Divorce

"Alhamdulillah, we have reached the end of the trial that has been running quickly and smoothly. In this reading of the verdict, our arguments were accepted by the panel of judges and our requests were granted," said Riri Purbasari, Ririn Dwi Aryanti's legal representative after the trial on Thursday (12/30).

In the trial, it was also revealed why their marriage could not be saved. Although they had been building their marital relationship for 11 years.

"So this divorce is caused by continuous disputes that lead to arguments, there is no hope for living harmoniously as husband and wife," he said.

Now, Ririn Dwi Ariyanti's side is waiting for Aldi Bragi's decision, whether to accept the verdict or file an appeal.

"We still don't know whether the other party (Aldi Bragi) will file an appeal or accept it," she concluded.

3. Not Doing Husband and Wife Relationship

After the trial ended, it was revealed that both of them had been having unresolved problems for years. Even though they lived together, they have not slept in the same bed for years and of course, they have not been engaging in a husband and wife relationship.

"This is reflected in the fact that the husband and wife no longer share a room, and they have not been engaging in a husband and wife relationship for several years now," said Riri Purbasari, Ririn Dwi Ariyanti's lawyer after the trial on Thursday (30/12).

4. Financial Problems

Unfortunately, Riri did not mention specifically how many years Ririn and Aldi Bragi have not slept in the same room. What is certain is that there are several problems that caused Aldi and Ririn to decide to separate.

"There were disagreements that led to arguments. One of them is about finances, not Aldi's financial condition, but how it is managed," he said.

5. Aldi Bragi Has No Fixed Income

According to Riri Purbasari, during the trial process, Aldi Bragi also failed to prove that he has a fixed income. Unlike Ririn Dwi Ariyanti, who can prove that she has a fixed source of income. This financial capability proof is very important for the judge's consideration in deciding custody rights.

"Throughout the trial process, Aldi has failed to prove that he has a fixed income. Unlike Ririn, who can prove that Ririn has a fixed source of income," explained Riri Purbasari.
