"2024 is clearly extraordinary. From the beginning of 2024, I was sick, then I spent Eid in the hospital, then I got sick again with my child, then daddy got sick, then my mother-in-law passed away, it was extraordinary. A test from Allah because Allah loves us," said Sonny Septian as quoted by detikhot.
Despite facing various difficulties, he remains grateful and considers all these trials as a form of God's love.

"God willing, hopefully in 2025 and beyond, I will be granted much happiness by Allah," he said.
After six months of being inactive due to health issues, including narrowing of blood vessels, he is determined to return to his career in 2025.
Yes, I hope so, God willing, because I also miss it after being inactive for six months, six months of recovery, and until now I am still taking medication and undergoing therapy as well. God willing, I hope to be better, healthier, and able to create again," he said.
