Tanjung Duren Police Chief, Kompol Agung Wibowo, is still investigating the alleged violation of health protocols during the grand opening of a new restaurant attended by Rizky Billar. Currently, the police are still clarifying with the employees at the location and the owners of the grand opening organizers.

"Yes, we are still conducting clarification to the employees at the location and also to the owners," said Commissioner Agung Wibowo when interviewed by Polsek Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta, on Monday (8/3).

He also mentioned that invitations for the grand opening, attended by Rizky Billar, have been sent today. It is scheduled for Wednesday or Thursday. "(Invited) today, scheduled for Wednesday or Thursday," he said.

After clarifications have been made, if Rizky Billar is found to be involved in the alleged health protocol violations, he will be summoned to clarify the matter. Not only that, Agung Wibowo also stated that there is no permit for the event, the grand opening of the restaurant attended by Lesti's lover.

"We will see the results from the owner's statement if it is directed, we will invite them. What is clear is that the police have not granted permission for gatherings since the pandemic," he said.

Until now, Tanjung Duren Police are still investigating allegations of health protocol violations attended by Rizky Billar. The police are also still confirming whether the event violated health protocols or not. "While we are still investigating whether it violates health protocols or not," he added.
