6 Months Searching for Her Child, Karen Idol Did Not Expect to Meet Zefi Who Has Already Passed Away

Kapanlagi.com - Indonesian Idol alumni, Karen Pooroe or also known as Karen Idol is currently grieving. Her 6-year-old daughter, Zefi, passed away on Saturday (8/2).

Based on the statement from the Chairman of the National Commission for Child Protection, Arist Merdeka Sirait, through his series of messages, Zefi's cause of death is suspected to be falling from the apartment balcony.

1. 6 Months Searching for Her Daughter

Arist Merdeka Sirait, Chairman of the National Commission for Child Protection, confirmed that the message came from him. He had previously communicated directly with Karen.

"Yes, it's true. I contacted and successfully spoke directly with Karen's mother to ask for an explanation of the chronology of her daughter's death. She told me and said, 'Mr. Arist, after six months of searching everywhere, I couldn't find my daughter because her husband hid her, and it turns out I found my daughter already as a corpse,'" said Arist when contacted on Saturday night (8/2).

2. Truly Fell from the Balcony

According to Karen's statement to Arist, it is true that Karen's child died from falling from the apartment balcony.

"She told me around half past four in the afternoon, she received a phone call from the police handling the case informing her that her daughter had died in one of the apartments in Fatmawati, where this child and her father lived in an apartment that had been visited by Karen's mother," he explained.

"The police reported that to her, and Karen hurried there and found her child lying in that apartment. The police told Karen that her child fell from the apartment balcony," he added.
