The investigators from the Directorate of Special Economic Crime at the Indonesian National Police have named three new suspects in a fraud case related to Binomo trading. They are Vanessa Khong (Indra Kenz's girlfriend), Rudiyanto Pei (Vanessa Khong's father), and Nathania Kesuma (Indra Kenz's sister).

The Head of the Public Information Bureau at the Public Relations Division of the Indonesian National Police, Police Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan, revealed that Rudiyanto Pei received a fund transfer from Indra Kenz amounting to Rp 1.5 billion.
"Then, helping the suspect IK disguise the proceeds of the crime by purchasing 10 luxury watches worth Rp 8 billion," said Ahmad Ramadhan in a press conference at his office, Monday (11/4).
Meanwhile, Vanessa Khong is said to have played a role in receiving funds worth Rp 1.1 billion from Indra Kenz.
"(Furthermore) receiving a piece of land in South Tangerang under the name VK worth Rp 7.8 billion. The investigator also blocked VK's sibling's account," he said.
In addition, for Nathania Kesuma, Ahmad Ramadhan said that she is known as the person who signed the house document in Deli Serdang, North Sumatra, which was purchased by Indra Kenz.
For this case, the three of them are charged with Article 5 and/or Article 10 of Law Number 8 of 2010 concerning the Prevention and Eradication of Money Laundering Crimes (TPPU), as well as Article 55 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code, and face imprisonment for up to five years with a fine of Rp 1 billion.
"Receiving funds from IK amounting to Rp 9.4 billion. The funds were requested by IK's brother who opened an account on Indodax exchanger, where the account is operated by IK," he concluded.
