There are several comedians, the term for standup comedy performers, who have succeeded in their careers, not only in the field of comedy but also branching out into various business lines, making their names widely known. Here are some comedians with outstanding careers and influential names.

Raditya Dika. One of the pioneers of stand-up comedy in Indonesia. Besides being a comedian, he is also known as a book author, YouTuber, director, and actor. Some of his popular works include Marmut Merah Jambu and Koala Kumal.

Ryan Adriandhy. He is a comedian, animator, director, actor, and presenter from Jakarta. The winner of Stand Up Comedy Indonesia (SUCI) season one is also involved in various acting projects, such as the series 'Malam Minggu Miko' alongside his friend, Raditya Dika. He has expanded his career into animation and directing, including being an animator for the film 'Nussa' in 2021, and most recently directing the film 'Jumbo'.

Pandji Pragiwaksono. Not only active in stand-up comedy tours, he is also known as a radio broadcaster, presenter, director, and actor. His stand-up material is smart and sharp, especially on social and political issues. He is even currently expanding his wings by learning stand-up comedy internationally.

Ernest Prakasa. A comedian who successfully crossed over into the film world. He became a director and screenwriter for films such as Cek 'Toko Sebelah' and 'Imperfect', even one of his films 'Falling in Love in Films' received high appreciation at the 2024 Citra Awards.
