He added that many hopes of the members were unfulfilled during Alicia Djohar's administration. One of the issues that triggered the members' anger was the sudden congress plan announced by PB Parfi, scheduled to take place on December 15. "Technically, the members were never given clear information. Suddenly there is a congress, without any transparent process," said Ki Kusumo.  

Ki Kusumo also highlighted the absence of members in the congress preparation meeting as evidence of weak coordination among the management. Furthermore, Ki Kusumo revealed rumors that congress participants were required to pay a registration fee of Rp250 thousand. According to him, this contradicts the management's promise to improve the welfare of the members. "That promise was not realized. It ultimately triggered movements like today," he asserted.

This motion of no confidence was attended by several senior artists, such as Soultan Saladin, Dolly Martin, Syaiful Amri, Lela Anggraini, and others. They collectively voiced criticism against the performance of PB Parfi, which is deemed inconsistent with the organization's Articles of Association and Bylaws (AD/ART).

Veteran actor Syaiful Amri added that over the past four years, PB Parfi has made various fatal mistakes. "Many of the congress mandates have not been implemented according to the AD/ART," he said. 

One of the major mistakes he highlighted is the failure of the management to conduct the reconsolidation or re-registration of members, which should reach 50%+1 of the total registered members. Additionally, Amri accused PB Parfi of abusing its authority, including managing the office like a limited liability company. "The office no longer reflects a professional organization. In fact, it has been fitted with sensors that make members uncomfortable to enter," he revealed.

It also highlights the lack of transparency from PB Parfi in carrying out its duties, including in terms of financing the congress. According to Amri, this failure raises concerns about the organization's direction moving forward. "The management must be transparent regarding costs, both material and non-material," he said.

With a series of mistakes, Parfi members urge PB Parfi to immediately return sovereignty to its members. They also request the formation of an interim official to organize the 17th Parfi Congress, which is planned to take place no later than April 2025.
