7 Photos of Kenes Andari Winning Her First Medal in 2025, Successfully Swimming 500 Meters - Toes Cramped for a Moment

Kenes Andari has once again achieved something remarkable. She successfully won her first medal in 2025 after swimming 500 meters. Despite experiencing a cramp in her toes during the race, Kenes persevered until the finish line. Here are the details.

Happiness envelops Kenes, the wife of actor and DJ Winky Wiryawan. She recently succeeded in winning her first medal in 2025.

"Who would have thought that the first medal in 2025 was won yesterday at the Dash Aquathlon. I participated in the Mixed Relay where I was assigned SWIM 500 meters, NOT RUN 5K. Let me repeat, NOT RUN 5K," wrote Kenes on her Instagram.

"The runner whose body looks like a professional swimmer (because he diligently trained swimming as a child) but now never trains anymore and only swims at the hotel during vacations is forced to participate in a swimming competition with a distance of 500 meters without any training at all. Crazy, right?" added Kenes.

"Fortunately, I was able to finish without having to crawl on the barrier rope even though my toe cramped on the second lap. That’s when I realized that KENES means 'S' stands for 'Swim'," he continued.

"But indeed, if I hadn’t been caught up, I would never have tried. Because I’m only fluent in the breaststroke, I wasn’t confident using freestyle during the race, so I apologize to the swimmer who got kicked yesterday, it’s just trying. Peace, man!" Kenes shared again.

"Sorry also to my relay partner who ran really fast and remained patient (even though I was super anxious) waiting for me to finish swimming. Finishing in 48 minutes is quite good for a first timer like us hehe," said Kenes.

"Overall, the event yesterday was fun, but I haven't thought about participating in the individual aquathlon because after swimming and then running again, it feels like I'm going to faint. My legs are so weak, they feel like soft chicken bones," she concluded.
