After undergoing questioning for more than two hours, Umar expressed his gratitude that his report was promptly followed up by the police.

Not only Umar, but Martin Badjideh, the brother of Vadel Badjideh, also expressed his anger over the insults directed at his family. He stated that he will pursue anyone involved in the insults, especially since Nikita Mirzani's child, Lolly, returned to Indonesia. "This is a message for all of you, whoever has dared to insult our family, we will pursue you wherever and whenever," Martin said.

Meanwhile, Rahmat, the legal team for Umar Badjideh, revealed that his client has answered about 22 questions from investigators. The questions focused on the alleged insults and defamation allegedly committed by Nikita Mirzani. "The alleged insults and defamation occurred in the form of a video content uploaded to the account @nikitamirzanimawardi_172," explained Rahmat.

According to him, the video contains statements that are very detrimental to the Badjideh family. Rahmat explained that Nikita Mirzani is suspected of violating Article 27 paragraph 3 Jo Article 45 paragraph 3 of the ITE Law, as well as Articles 310 and 311 of the Criminal Code. "Mr. Umar Badjideh cannot accept that the video uploaded on the account @nikitamirzanimawardi_172 has committed alleged insults and defamation," he said.

One of the statements considered to demean the dignity of the Badjideh family is the accusation that they are the poorest family, as well as the use of derogatory terms referring to animals. "Mr. Umar Badjideh does not accept that his family is called the poorest family and that there are insults referring to animals," added Rahmat.
