In a formal suit with a glamorous theme alongside Vika, Billy relied on Rio Motret's services to capture that special moment.
After previously posting a pre-wedding photo in a green dress, Vika's beauty is now showcased in a beautiful red gown.
Billy confirmed plans to hold the wedding ceremony in Belarus, Vika's home country. "Yes, the plan is to do it, hopefully as soon as possible, this year," said Billy when invited as a guest star on a TV show in April 2025.
However, there are rumors that Billy has actually married Vika in Belarus. This was intended to be confirmed directly when he appeared as a guest on the FYP show, Trans7.
When asked if he is married, Billy only wanted prayers for the smoothness of all his plans, avoiding a direct answer to the questions from Raffi Ahmad and Irfan Hakim on Friday (16/5/2025).
Even Ivan Gunawan leaked, "Aren't you? Why did you go to Belarus and buy expensive tickets if you didn't get married?" asked Igun (16/5/2025). This left Billy speechless.
