Johny Indo was once greatly feared in the 70s, especially by wealthy foreigners. They were sure to be targeted for robbery by Johny.
He robbed together with his troops named pachinko or the China Kota forces. They robbed the houses of the wealthy but the results were not enjoyed by themselves, but were shared with those in need.
It is known that the result of his robbery has reached 129 kg of gold. He was wanted and eventually captured and sent to Nusakambangan prison with tight security.
However, he managed to escape from Nusakambangan, which is known as a 'haunted' prison for many fugitives. His story was even filmed.
But that was in the past. Now he has repented and chosen to become a preacher.
Even Johny has changed his name to Ki Umar Billah Al-Jhon Indo.
Finally, Johny passed away today (26/01) at the age of 72. He passed away at 07:45. Rest in peace, Johny Indo, Innalilahi Wa Innalillahi Rajiun.
