As usual, this giant wok is their go-to when cooking large portions. This time, the chickens were cooked in butter soy sauce.
The ingredients are not special except for abundant butter. Gigi adds at least 3 full packs of butter. Can you imagine how delicious it is?
After sautéing the onions and garlic, the chicken that has been cut and fried is immediately added. Gigi stirs it so that all parts of the chicken are coated with the seasoning.
Not forgetting, she adds sweet soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. She doesn't hold back, she adds a full bottle of Worcestershire sauce. In addition, powdered pepper is also added.
After tasting it, Gigi feels that the dish is still not sweet enough. She then adds sugar. She stirs again until the seasoning is absorbed.
Once it's cooked, Gigi sprinkles chopped green onions. When she tastes it with rice, she looks so amazed by the taste. Although she estimated all the seasonings, this dish still tastes delicious.
