7 Portraits of Reza Artamevia Uncovering the Beginning of Collaboration with a Diamond Entrepreneur, Billion Rupiah Transactions - Once Flew to Malaysia

Singer Reza Artamevia finally spoke up regarding the issues involving her with diamond entrepreneur, IM. The former wife of Adjie Massaid recounted that the collaboration began from an introduction made by a friend in the Cisarua area, Bogor. Here are the details.

"On June 19, 2024, I was introduced by one of my colleagues at Kopi Klotok Cisarua. We exchanged phone numbers, and then on July 9, 2024, I was invited to her house. There, her husband mentioned that they owned a diamond store named Lavin Newyork in Malaysia," said Reza.

In that meeting, Reza, who was in need of funds, decided to borrow money using his diamonds as collateral. The loan process was agreed upon using a conditional sale and purchase deed. "That night, we brought two 20-carat diamonds worth Rp23 billion, but they were valued at Rp12 billion. We accepted it and received Rp8 billion in funds," he continued.

After the first transaction went smoothly, Reza applied for a loan of Rp 3.5 billion with one 10-carat diamond as collateral. Again, this loan was approved by the IM party. "We took the diamond to the Mondial store for verification, and then the funds of Rp3.5 billion were released. We will return the profit of Rp700 million in August 2024," he explained.

However, conflict arose when Reza applied for a third loan of a large value, namely Rp50 billion. He submitted six more diamonds as collateral.

"In total, there are nine diamonds worth Rp150 billion that we have handed over. But, the funds that were released are only Rp7 billion from the promised Rp50 billion," Reza expressed with disappointment.

Reza stated that his party continues to seek solutions so that the remaining funds can be disbursed soon. However, until now, the issue has not been resolved.
