In a social media post, Melanie expressed her feelings when she had to let go of her son's OSIS jacket. She conveyed that only tears and a sense of pride could be offered in that moment. "I'm sorry, dear, when I have to let go of the OSIS jacket you have worn for the past year, all I can give you is tears and a sense of pride," wrote Melanie in the caption of her post.
In the post, Melanie appears to be emotional as she lets go of her son's OSIS jacket. She then kisses Sheemar's forehead and hugs him, who seems to be trying to hold back tears.
Sheemar is now officially a former member after serving as an OSIS administrator for a year. Melanie mentioned that her son's term was completed sincerely and with gratitude. "Congratulations on becoming a former member, let go of your term @osismpk.smplabsky my child @sheemar_rahman," she continued.
Melanie also shared that she accompanied her child's struggles for a year. She mentioned the dedication, sweat, and tears they have gone through together. "Mama is a witness. The dedication you and VADRA have given to @osismpk.smplabsky is truly extraordinary," wrote Melanie proudly.
Not only pride, but Melanie also sent a special prayer for Sheemar. She hopes her child grows up to be a person of noble character. "Mama always prays that you grow up to be a child with good manners, pious, and noble character," she wrote with hope.
Melanie added that the OSIS tenure has provided valuable memories for her son. She is happy to see her son having the best friends and teachers during that journey. "Mama is happy to see you have such good memories with your best friends and teachers," said Melanie.
Melanie also did not forget to express appreciation for the OSIS guiding teachers, her son's friends, and the VADRA group. She emphasized her gratitude for all the moments together. "Thank you to all the teachers, the guiding teachers of OSIS MPK @labsky.jhs, and all the beloved friends of VADRA for all the memories together," she wrote.
