Now, Pur has passed away on Monday (23/3) at Mayapada Lebak Bulus Hospital. The television screen is no longer adorned with her excellent acting.

Often appearing on television, it turns out Pur still has time for family. She herself has been married to her husband for nearly 50 years. Their happy marriage has been blessed with 4 children and 9 grandchildren.

Pur revealed this herself in an episode of Brownies in February 2019. "4 children, 2 boys and 2 girls. 9 grandchildren," said Pur at that time.

2. 49 Years of Lasting Marriage, This is the Recipe

Pur and her husband have been sailing through the ups and downs of married life for nearly 50 years. It's not an easy thing, but Pur has a recipe for always being harmonious with her husband.

"Any recipe is accepted. Whether it's when we're angry, sad, or happy, we always enjoy it," said this woman from Solo - Central Java in the same episode.

3. Starring in Thousands of Soap Opera Titles

The familiar face of Pur to many generations of soap opera lovers is perhaps not surprising. This is because he claims to have starred in thousands of soap opera titles in his 40 years in the entertainment world.

"Thousands of them (soap opera titles that I have starred in). I've been doing this for 40 years," said Pur in front of Ruben Onsu in the January episode of Brownies. During those 40 years, he apparently always played the role of an ART (household assistant).

4. Afraid to Go to the Mall and Market

As someone who often appears on television, Pur's face is so familiar to the public. He even dares not to enter malls or go to markets because he is often surrounded by fans.

"Oh, I'm afraid (to go to the mall). I don't know, but my son, grandson, and daughter are afraid. Afraid of being swarmed. So, when I'm swarmed and my cheeks are pinched in Pasar Gede Solo, my husband and children immediately leave," he said in the same episode.

5. Realize That Her Fans are Lower Middle Class

She finally chose to wait for her family to shop outside the market. "That's why I just gave a note, I'm waiting outside the market," she continued.

Furthermore, Pur realizes that she is very likely to meet fans at the market. Because most of Pur's fans are from the lower middle class.

"I'm afraid, because my fans are from the lower middle class. Upper middle class is rare," added Pur. 

6. Reasons for Always Being a Domestic Helper

After 40 years in the world of acting, Pur always ends up being a domestic helper for a reason. The domestic helper character gets more episodes compared to other characters offered to her.

"Because it's always like this, (the soap opera team says) 'Mbak Pur, there are 40 episodes for the domestic helper role. There's a role of a wealthy mother but only 13 (episodes)'. So I chose the 40-episode one. What matters is the length," explained Pur.

7. Tech-Challenged Person

In addition to being afraid to enter malls and markets, Pur apparently also admits that he is a tech-challenged person. Still in the same show, Pur confessed that because of that, he has to be accompanied by his child everywhere, including during vacations.

"(Everywhere) with my child, because I am tech-challenged. Even boarding a plane is a bit difficult for me," said Pur.

8. Loves Nasi Padang

In addition to admitting to being a tech-challenged person, Pur also admits to loving Nasi Padang. This was revealed by how her husband deals with her when she is sulking.

"When she's angry, I buy her Nasi Padang. Problem solved," said Pur's husband in the same show. Hearing that, Pur added that Nasi Padang should be served with two side dishes.
