Giving birth to her first child is an unforgettable experience for Jessica Tanoe. She even revealed the moments of the birthing process, from contractions to the birth of the little one.

According to her Instagram, Jessica mentioned that her first child was born late at 40 weeks and 3 days. After being induced, Jessica experienced uncontrollable contractions.

"I remember not being able to walk, urinate, move, think. All I could do was breathe," she wrote. Her husband immediately pressed the emergency button and Jessica was rushed to the delivery room.

"I can't do this," she almost gave up. But apparently God had other plans. She was given an anti-contraction injection and her contractions became more regular.

The normal delivery process went smoothly. At 3 AM, Jessica was already 8 cm dilated. The baby was ready to come out. Shortly after, full dilation was achieved.

The first contraction occurred and the amniotic fluid broke. Julia's hair was already visible. The second contraction came and Julia's head was out. On the third contraction, Julia's body completely left Jessica's womb.

Yes, the little one was born safely. "A feeling of relief mixed with disbelief at what I have just achieved. God's design for the human body is truly amazing. Weakness and strength are evident during childbirth. Pain giving birth to happiness," wrote Jessica.
