8 Photos of Sandra Dewi Denies 141 Gold Items Seized by the Prosecutor's Office Originating from Harvey Moeis, the Defendant in the Tin Corruption Case

"The gold items seized include 141 pieces of jewelry, my client protested. For 20 years, I have been a brand ambassador for three brands, they provided endorsements, I created content to promote, everything was seized, all my brands," complained Sandra Dewi in front of the panel of judges.

He also clarified the confiscated gold bars. According to him, the gold bars were obtained from his parents to celebrate the birth of his first child.

"(The gold bars) there is one small one that my parents gave. This is a Chinese tradition when my first child was born, my grandparents gave gold and it was confiscated by the Prosecutor's Office, quite a lot," he lamented.

The same denial was made by Sandra Dewi regarding 2 units of apartments and 141 pieces of jewelry that were confiscated by investigators. She explained that both types of assets were the result of her hard work as an influencer and brand ambassador.

For the 2 units of apartments, she obtained them from being a Brand Ambassador for a property company. She even acquired the apartments before marrying Harvey Moeis. Then, for the jewelry, it was the result of her endorsements. She denied that the jewelry was purchased by Harvey Moeis as her husband.

"I received endorsements from foreign brands that are noble. There are three brands that endorse me, I can create jewelry according to the shape and color I want. And when it was seized by the investigators, these gold shops questioned it," said Sandra.

Sandra Dewi also acknowledged that there was one gold bar that was seized by the Attorney General's investigators. However, she forgot how much it weighed. "Is there a gold bar?" asked the judge.

"There is a small gold bar, Your Honor. It was a gift from my parents due to the tradition in the Chinese ethnicity when my first child was born, my parents gave gold," revealed Sandra Dewi.
