8 Portraits of Arda Naff's Struggle to Collect Complete Power Rangers Action Figures: Pink One is the Hardest

Arda Naff is one of the musicians who has a hobby of collecting action figures of his childhood superhero idols. One of them is Power Rangers, which was a highly popular show in the 90s.

For Tantri Kotak's husband, Power Rangers is the action figure that tests his patience the most. Collecting all 7 Power Rangers is not an easy task.

"I collected these Power Rangers action figures myself, one by one, separately," said Arda when interviewed by the kapanlagi.com team at his home in Ciganjur, South Jakarta, on Thursday (11/7/2024).

Starting from the red, black, yellow, blue, white, green, and pink rangers, he collected them one by one. The father of two children patiently hunted for the action figures until he finally succeeded.

"The fun part is collecting them. I bought this one second-hand from someone in Mojokerto, there was someone selling it," said the owner with the full name Hatna Danarda.

"I found them on online shops, Facebook, it's really exciting," continued the vocalist of Naff.

Out of the seven Power Rangers action figures that he collected, Arda had difficulty finding the pink ranger. One of the difficulties was the unreasonable price offered to Arda.

"Nowadays, the price of this toy is crazy, they collect it, this pink one is rare, and it's sold at unreasonable prices," Arda revealed.

With his patience, Arda finally found the price of the pink rangers holding an arrow that he considered reasonable. Without waiting long, Arda immediately bought it to complete his collection.

"I got this pink one for 700 thousand (rupiah). Some people sell it for 3 million, it's ridiculous," said the man born in Madiun, Central Java, while smiling.
