Cinta Laura will wear a dress designed by Monica Ivena. The dress is white with blue accents inspired by the iconic Indonesian bird, the Bali Starling.

"Last year, the concept of the dress I wore highlighted mystical figures, but this year, it's inspired by the white Bali Starling bird, symbolizing purity and sanctity. The Bali Starling has a hint of blue-black, which is used as a gradient to create a different and unique accent," said Cinta when met in Senayan, Central Jakarta, on Saturday (11/5/2024).

Meanwhile, Putri Marino will wear a red dress designed by Stella Rissa. The dress is inspired by the moon orchid.

The design itself is created to highlight Putri's identity as an Indonesian woman.

"The essence of the dress is about Putri Marino because I feel that if I want to highlight Indonesia, the first thing I do is to highlight myself. I am Indonesia," said Putri on the same occasion.

Because it is the second time for Cinta Laura and Putri Marino to be in Cannes as icons, they try to be more relaxed. Because last year they had observed, so this year is their time to shine.

"Last year was probably the first time so I didn't understand what the situation in Cannes was like. The nervousness was high, the fear was even higher, curious about how the Indonesian people would respond to my and Cinta's presence at the Cannes Film Festival," said Putri.

"But after seeing such a positive response last year, it can be said that Cinta and I are more optimistic about walking on the red carpet, seeing the diversity in Indonesia with the feelings, emotions, and essence of ourselves that will be displayed later," said Putri.
