Kapanlagi.com - Actor Edward Akbar is facing various difficulties in meeting his three children after being sued for divorce by Kimberly Ryder at the Central Jakarta Religious Court (PA).

On several occasions, Edward has complained that he finds it hard to meet his children, despite having tried various communication efforts.

According to Justiartha Hadiwinata, Edward Akbar's attorney, the actor has made efforts to keep in touch with his children, but so far, it has not yielded results.

"Yes, regarding the steps from Mr. Edward himself have been explained last week, he still wants to communicate with the children. Because no matter what, he himself misses his children. Indeed, at the moment he cannot communicate directly with Rayden and Aisyah," he added.

However, this statement was denied by Kimberly Ryder's attorney, Machi. According to him, Kimberly has never restricted meetings between Edward and their children.

Machi stated that his client has even offered meetings and chat evidence shows that there are no restrictions from Kimberly's side.

"As for that, from the evidence we have, also from chat evidence, there is none. In fact, my client has asked whether he wants to see or what, my client does not restrict the children from meeting their father, even offering, we can also see the chat evidence from my client," explained Machi.

“Initially, Mr. Edward did want to try to reconcile, as was conveyed in the mediation results. However, because the mediation failed, the case was continued,” said Justiartha.
