After the trial, Togar Situmorang, Steven's legal representative, stated that they believe the judge will grant their client's lawsuit. This is after going through the trial with a conclusion agenda.

"In that conclusion, we emphasize that our lawsuit is based on real facts and evidence, and there are two witnesses as required by the applicable law," said Togar after the trial on Wednesday (1/3/2023).

Therefore, in the verdict hearing that will be held in ecourt, Togar is confident that his client can win and receive Rp 50 billion, in accordance with the content of the lawsuit.

"That's true, but predictions are allowed. We have added indications to the predictions, let's say it's 100, we have reached 90. From their witnesses who are absent, with the evidence presented by the first and second defendants, it is not evidence that contradicts our lawsuit," explained Togar.

If the South Jakarta District Court judges really grant the lawsuit, it is possible that two of Jessica Iskandar's houses will be seized as collateral.

"From material 1.5 something. Immaterial 50. But don't forget that if it is granted, what we request is the seizure of collateral, namely Jessica's houses in South Jakarta and Bali," he concluded.

As is known, the dispute between Steven and Jessica Iskandar started from Jedar and Vincent's report to the police because they felt they were victims of fraud and car theft.

The alleged fraud includes 11 cars and a sum of money amounting to US$30,000 or around Rp452 million. Not accepting his reputation being tarnished, Steven sued Jedar and her husband in civil court in South Jakarta District Court and demanded compensation of up to Rp 50 billion.
