Doctor Siska Khair can finally breathe a sigh of relief after winning the breach of contract case against her ex-boyfriend, soap opera actor Kevin Hillers. Doctor Siska Khair stated that her lawsuit against Kevin Hillers regarding the breach of contract as a brand ambassador has been decided by the Jakarta High Court on December 13, 2023.
It is known, Kevin Hillers has been made the brand ambassador of Dr. Siska Khair's beauty clinic since 2021. However, Kevin did not fulfill what has been agreed upon.
"Alhamdulillah, I am very grateful, PT DKI Jakarta won my lawsuit against Kevin Hillers' appeal, from the decision of the West Jakarta District Court," said Dr. Siska Khair when met in the Tamansari area, West Jakarta, on Saturday (16/12).
In the decision, Siska mentioned that Kevin is required to pay the penalty for material and breach of contract, totaling more than Rp 500 million. With this decision, Siska is certainly happy because she obtained this victory after going through a long process in court.
"The total material loss is around Rp 120 million and the penalty is around Rp 424 million. He must pay this to me," said Dr. Siska Khair.
"This story is like a Korean drama, very long. I went through a phase where I was slandered, bullied, and even my mental state was disturbed, but this case has not been resolved," she continued.
In addition, Dr. Siska Khair also asked Kevin Hillers to immediately fulfill his obligations according to the decision of the PT DKI Jakarta, to pay the penalty for material loss and penalty totaling more than Rp 500 million.
"If what I ask is for KH (Kevin Hillers) and his brother to be gentlemen and admit their actions and follow the court's decision, paying a penalty of more than Rp 500 million," she added.
