Kevin Julio turns out to still use his late father's belongings, Asep Chandra Himawan, who passed away in 2014. One of them is a unique belt with a car-shaped belt buckle. Check out Kevin's interesting story below!

"This belt buckle belongs to my late dad, it's been a long time and it's already worn out," said Kevin when met in Senayan, Central Jakarta, Thursday (4/7/2024).

According to the man born on July 28, 1993, his late father did have several vintage belts like that. However, his late father did not intentionally collect them for a collection.

"Not really a collection, he has a few, but not really a collection," said Kevin. "Yes, it's been a long time, during my dad's time, clothes like that were popular in the 70s-80s," Kevin continued explaining that his late father did indeed have items from his youth.

Kevin wears his late father's belt not to remember him. But it does make Kevin happy and he will continue to take care of it, even though it's a bit worn out.

"It's just nice to wear something that my late father used to wear, and I wear it again," said Kevin.

"That's right (always taken care of), it's leather after all, but it's a bit worn out, so it becomes vintage," Kevin continued.

In addition to the belt, Kevin's late father is said to have other heirlooms as well. However, he admits that he no longer remembers what they are.

"I don't know, so far the belt, maybe a leather jacket, I don't know," he concluded.
